The dedicated 2theloo team works every day on the innovations and improvements of the concept to make the customer toilet experience as much pleasant and fun as possible. And you can be part of it!
What would you do in the position of Service Desk Assistant on a daily basis?
You will be the left and right hand of our Service Desk Operator. Perhaps even his left and right foot. You are a real “jack of all trades”! You will make sure all administrative aspects within the repair and maintenance department will run smoothly. You are responsible for the planning of our service technicians and will make sure we achieve the agreed service levels with our partners while doing so. Furthermore, you will proactively take part of optimizing internal and external processes. You will help the Service Desk Operator make an inventory of materials per site, and document this digitally. Besides this, you will maintain contact with our suppliers concerning products, orders, delivery, inventory and supplier conditions.
In short, our service technicians, partners and suppliers will contact you for any repair and maintenance question or issue they have, and it will be your personal challenge to help them wherever you can. If they call you, they should be confident it will be fixed!
